Having a private or semi private yoga class can be of benefit to you, whatever level you are currently at. For beginners, it is great to have a teacher’s full attention so you can really understand the asanas (postures). For more experienced students who have their own home practice, it is a good opportunity to try new postures or explore areas of uncertainty.
Whatever level you are at one to one private classes are a great way to develop your yoga practice at your own speed, taking account of any injuries you may have and practising the type of yoga you prefer (e.g. you may wish to do a more energetic type of yoga to lose weight, or you may wish to do a more relaxing type of yoga to help de-stress, you may be only interested in yoga as a form of exercise, or you may wish to understand more the spiritual side of yoga).
If you have a few friends who would like to do yoga, you could have your own semi private class at one of your houses. Please contact me for further details and availability about 1-2-1 classes.
Most people prefer to do a one-hour class. The price for an hour is £50 and includes local travel and a personalised class plan.
